Establish family in the community. Reestablish relationships with young adults in the community and begin building new ones. Begin to identify core group members.March 2010
Begin Meeting with core group members in my home for leadership development and discipleship focused on teaching them to make disciples. Begin to lead core group to actively participate in regular community ministry. Begin to plan overseas mission projects with the core group.May 2010
Do training on Disciple Making. Lead our group to identify 2 people in their lives that they can actively disciple.July-August 2010
Send core group on overseas mission trip to set missions as a value for the group from the beginning.August 2010
Lead core group members to begin discipleship process with 2 people in the community who are open to spiritual growth and/or the gospel.Fall 2010
Begin monthly preview worship service for our core group, the people they are discipling and the community. Multiply our community group from one to three. Begin to fund another church plant.February 2011
Multiply the discipleship process again by leading all participants to begin the discipleship process with 2 people in the community who are open to spiritual growth and/or the gospel.April 2011
Multiply community groups around Jefferson Parish. Begin to establish a permanent place for weekly worship.May 2011
