Our Vision

Answers the question: How will we do it?

What is the Vision of Hope Church?

Our desire is that Hope Church is to develop small Christ-following communities of faith that covenant together to live for the glory of God by Sharing and Showing Christ.

What are Christ-Following Communities and how does that work?

Small Christ Following Communities are:

  • The primary avenue for disciple-making to occur.
  • Approximately 15-25 believers sharing life together.
  • Growing inward by sharing and showing the Word with each other.
  • Growing outward by sharing and showing the Word to the world.

We want to see small groups of disciple-makers all over the planet Sharing and Showing Christ.

At Hope Church we desire to make the small group the place where the primary functions of the church happen. These small groups, or Christ-following communities, are not JUST a weekly small group Bible study. These communities worship God, train and lead in disciple-making efforts, pray together, sacrificially care for each other, and serve in community ministry and missions together. The individual communities will then gather together regularly to worship God and celebrate how the gospel is moving and being lived out in community around the city.

What Do We Expect?

We want members of Hope Church to:

  • Worship God Wholeheartedly
    Participate in Large Group Worship.
AND
  • Make Disciples of all Nations
Actively do life in a small group that focuses on Sharing and Showing Christ.
